Shipping Regions
- We ship within the UK mainland.
- For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, or overseas, please contact us; additional charges may apply.
Processing Time
- Orders received Monday–Friday before 1 pm BST are processed the same day.
- Orders after 1 pm or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- Expect dispatch within 1–2 business days of ordering.
Delivery Estimates & Carriers
- We use Royal Mail 24 (usually 1–2 business days) or courier services (1 business day).
- UK orders over £30 qualify for free shipping. Below that, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Delivery delays due to events like bad weather will be communicated promptly
Packaging
All chocolates are carefully packaged with protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition—even in warmer weather.
Undeliverable Packages
- Return-to-sender: we’ll notify you. You can choose a re-shipment (with a new postage fee) or a refund minus shipping costs.
- Unclaimed within 14 days: a refund will be issued minus the return postage
Temperature & Seasonal Considerations
- Chocolates are packed with insulation and cold-packs during warmer months to maintain quality.
- Please open packages promptly after delivery and store chocolates in a cool, dry place.
