Eligibility & Timeframe
- Customers may request a full refund within 48 hours of delivery, as all items are made to order.
- For faulty or damaged items, the request must be made within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by a photo of the damage.
Conditions for Refund
- Under certain circumstances if we are not able to rectify a issue caused by us we can then issue a full refund
- Damages must be directly reported following the steps below.
Process to Request a Refund
- Email info@sovah.co.uk with your order number, date of purchase, and reason.
- Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions and the following steps to rectify any issues.
Refund Completion
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed
Exceptions
- Personalised or custom-orders are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.
